Processor critical overheat

Good Day all. I am very new to all of this. If this post is already somewhere. I couldn’t find it. Feel free to redirect me
Went for a quick flight over a field. It was short lived when this warning came up. Anyone have some advice all is greatly appreciated.

You get this on an underpowered tablet. The amount of data being shoved into the processor from your RC can overheat the CPU. If it’s warm to hot outside it’s even worse.

That (rather scary) message appears to suggest that the aircraft itself is going to power off?

Did another attempt. Gimble not working at 100%. Received the same error after about 4 minutes.
Have not crashed,or even a hard landing. Any suggestions as a fix would be greatly appreciated

How old is your Phantom? That looks to be one of the P4 series. You mentioned that the gimbal isn't fully working so I'm wondering if the fan is working. Can you hear the fan running when it's idling?

Yes fan is working. I also recalibrated imu. Gimble is not 100%. It is definitely not as stable as it was. Video transmission is cutting in and out.
To say frustrated is an understatement.

Im assuming this warning is a recent development? Any changes prior to you first getting this warning?
