I have a doubt about the phantom 4 compass, he has 2, I always had phantom 3 and only had 1.

what happens is that my phantom 4 is already old and now gave trouble in the compass 2, in flight she disconnects and connects sometimes is normal, sometimes only disconnected with compass 1.

my question is that i'm 1 month flying with only phantom 4's compass 1, 2 connect and disconnect straight, that would be a problem, is something emergency that would need to be fixed as soon as possible?

if I lost the compass, what could happen? since it is in gps and its location is by satellite?

You could check you compass conection that is on the landing gear. Maybe its loose and thats why its giving errors
