Problems with GPS

Hi, I am having problems with the GPS. The Phamton gives me a green light, but it does not stay in one position. Quite the contrary, it always goes to one side or the other and I have to stop it before it crashes. I have calibrated the compass and I have also used the software to make sure it is stable, but so far nothing.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

After you turned on the Phantom and the light goes green, how many red flashes are you getting?

Is your transmitter in GPS mode or have you messed with the setting in Naza assistant?

GPS hold won't keep it in exactly the same spot but will keep it near, too many variables to contend with, like location, is it a cloudy day, etc.... The satellites above are constantly moving, some will drop, other will lock, each time there will be slight location changes.
