I purchased a Phantom Vision off ebay this week copter appears in excellent condition. The smart battery would not turn on the unit. When you press the button the leds light and the shut off. it has been on a charge for over 4 hours, the charger light is a constant green. I need help? what should I do?

Have you read the instructions on how to turn on the battery? Press the power button on the battery let go and immediately press again but hold it in this time
