I HAVE DJI PHANTOM 3 ADVANCED AND MY REMOTE CONTROLLER HAS BATTERY LIFE FOR TWO FLIGHTS. DO THEY SELL BATTERIES FOR THE REMOTE CONTROLER OR I HAVE TO BUY THE WHOLE REMOTE CONTROLLER?

No, unfortunately stock replacement batteries are hard/impossible to find, so you can either modify a suitable new alternative battery to fit (see here:Replacement battery for P3A controller? ) or, as you have suggested, buy a replacement controller.
