As i'm getting more hours on my P3A what should I been doing for maintenance and or replacing components?

just check make sure no cracks isn't a lot of maint to due just look it over make sure everything is looking good on it

We're discussing that same issue before. As far as I know, DJI hasn't put out any information for recommended hours the motors, propellers, etc, are good for. Other than that type of information, it would be great that future DJI products have it where those components are easily removed and replaced so we don't have to deal with DJI service.

They're not intended to last more than about a year thus there is no PM or user serviceable parts.

They are Chinese consumer grade toys.
