Power issue.

Anyone have a problem with take off at around 40 degree air temp?

Just today I took at 35 degrees just fine.

So my problem with power. I am thinking that this has happened after firmware update. Any thoughts?

I honestly have no idea im fairly new. Try messaging one of the experienced guys if you still have not figured it out. ☺

My understanding is, although the Vision will operate fine at temps as low as 32 degrees F, you still want your battery as warm as possible at launch. So that might be at least part of your problem.
