Power Button (Built-in LED)

After a full shell replacement, (no gimbal yet mounted on) now the
Power Button (Built-in LED RED)
flashes when I shut down the battery and the shut down is very very slow. What does it mean?

Mine does this also when there is not a camera attached to it. After u install camera back, it should power off normal again. My p3a and p3pro did anyway
