Posting youtube video to Facebook - help

When I upload my P2V+ image to youtube I sometimes want to post them to facebook. I have been grabbing the link an pasting it into a post, but when I do it does not come out as a video window that I see most people post, rather the image is a little square in the left of the post and there is text that covers 80% of the post on the right hand side. What am I doing wrong?

Make sure embedding is enabled on the video.

I just tried it out and I see what you mean... I got the same result, but after you hit post.. the little square picture on the left becomes a play button.
