Positional telemetry on App without Gps LOCK??

Can someone tell me if you still get positional telemetry data without GPS lock. On the app it just says NA. Since I cannot get GPS I think I have a bad GPS. Just want to get a better idea if the problem is primarily GPS and not something else.

just realized that battery level, gps status and gimbal control not working either. So basically all I have on the app is ability to take pictures...I have sd card status...remaining shots but that's it...so apparently my issues are more than GPS? looks like I am going to have to take this thing in for service....

Is the cable all the way in on the camera?

It could be giving power but not data from the phantom

It was a bad central board. The GPS was a different issue. I took it in to EZDRONE.COM and they did a hard reset on the GPS and reinstalled the firmware. Apparently it now gets GPS lock. Once I replace the central board it should be back in business.
