Portland Area flyers anyone interested in starting a group for sunny day flying? I am available most days, semi-retired sort of and would like to fly on dry days but not by myself. You know folks can be very curious about what you are doing when you pull the truck over and start flying. So single flying just isn't working. I found some promising areas the other day between 182nd and Sandy and Blue Lake Park. Lately all I have been doing is flying straight up over my house to do sunset and sunrise photos but I need to get out there more.
