Poll: How Many of us use a Long Range Extender?

I'm thinking that this could be good for overall signal safety for me but what do you think?

I have the ITElite. I'm not a real long distance flier, my longest distance away is maybe 700 meters (2100 ft.). What the ITElite did for me was eliminate the lost signals when I passed behind some heavy foliage or when my line of sight was temporarily lost behind roofs when making a circular route. Now I never get the dreaded "weak signal" message or watch video start to break up.
