Hi everyone,

I need some help! So I bought a phantom 3 advanced in New Zealand. I am trying to recover some costs of shipping under warranty and the consumers guarantee act. To do this i need to prove that people a lot of people use these drones for personal use rather than commercially. Could you please comment if you use your phantom 3 for personal use or if you have any tips?

I'm certain that 99% of UAV's are used for personal use NOT commercially!

Probably a useful observation, of applicability in most jurisdictions, is that drone use without appropriate certification and approval is an offence. Commercial operators are small in number to total user numbers.

If your not the holder of the relavent licence or authority you can't be legally operating professionally.

And your aircraft while it may be used professionally is not a professional level machine.

I believe that as well. So I take it you use your phantom for personal use? Thanks for the reply.
