Looks to be a photo, definitely. Seems to be a still from a video of higher quality, not 4K however.

Looks great - even when you consider it is a grab of the video! Go-Karts - grab some video on that one day. Nice job on the photo for sure!

Not sure if you're looking for tips here or what but I would say if you want stills to shoot in camera mode as 12mp is higher resolution than 2.7k.

Good photo, but to nit-pick:
Slightly over-exposed, slight motion blur, and not at all crisp with distance.
So goes most P3 stills from screen capturing vid. Bob's got it right. Picture mode is best for pictures. I'd also suggest an ND filter.
