Pixel Lines through playback...Help

Hi Everyone,

I apologize if this topic has already been brought up on the forum.

I have a Phantom 2 V2.0 with a GoPro Hero3+Black. After transferring the footage to my computer, I notice at times (and this seems to be when the camera is pointed into the sun) that there are distinct pixel-esque horizontal lines that go across my computer screen. I know definitively that it isn't caused by the propellers which I know can be a pain.

Also, the footage seems to go in and out of focus (sharp then blurry).

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!

Why are you so confident it's not caused by props?

If it's when you are looking toward the sun, a striped sky is almost certainly due to spinning propeller shadows across your lens.
If it's directly related to sun angle, it's hard to imagine what else it could be.
Simplest solution .. don't look into the sun.
