Photo Issues: JPG and RAW mixed up

OK, this is way messed up and confusing.
I just did a test and the results are this:

The photo on the left is the JPG and it looks as the RAW file should look like, unprocessed and flat. It weights 50.8M a bit more than the RAW file but it is only 72 Dpi.

The photo on the right is de RAW file, and it looks already processed like the JPG supposed to come out, contrasted, saturated etc. It weights 50.5M a bit less than the JPG and it´s 300 dpi.

Can somebody please help me out or explain what´s going on ?

This sounds too much like this thread:
RAW is processed, JPG is not
It goes round and round not getting anywhere fast.
Post #83 makes the most sense.
Don't get confused by 72 vs 300 dpi. That's irrelevant - change the dpi and it changes the canvas size - but it doesn't change the image, it still has the same number of pixels.

I have read the whole threat and it is the same problem. And I don´t confuse dpi. They DO matter when you will print in magazines or posters.
