Photo GPS Accuracy

Hello,

There is a feature in the 3D modelling program (Photoscan) I am using that can check to see the accuracy of the GPS position of the pictures taken by the drone. I have noticed that some of these positions are very innacurate, with the data up to 3 meters off. I am working to see if how long you wait in one position to take a picture affects the position accuracy. The pictures and EXIF data are being analyzed in the program right now. Does anybody else know of anything that can improve the GPS accuracy of the photos taken, or has anybody done experiments seeing what could optimize the accuracy? I'd love to hear from you.

(Also, I realize that the number of satellites available will affect this, but I am not sure how to test this or what the optimal number of satellites would be. Advice for this would be appreciated as well.)

Thanks,
Nate
