Phone won't play files after camera fireware update?

HI Guys,

After updating the camera fireware, I've noticed that the files will no longer play on my phone, it's a samsung galaxy note 3. The problem started after performing the camera firmware with the latest update, has anyone experienced this?

How could it be remedied?

Look forward to having some thoughts.

Are you transfering over the phantoms wifi?
Have the files been finalised correctly, ie stop recording before turning off phantom?
What resolution is the video as i know 1080i@60fps does not play on some phones.
Have you tried copying the files to pc and playing it back?

Hi and thanks for the reply. Yes the files were finalised correctly and the recordings were 1080-25fps. It's rather strange as this occured only after updating the camera. I will try updating the firmware again and see what happens. I normally just plug in my micro sd into my phone and copy the files over.

Happy to report that after installing the firmware again, my phone is now reading the information on the card and able to play it.
