PhantomFilters not clear?

Does anyone other than me have an issue with nd 2 and nd4 filters bring in pretty poor shape when they arrive? I just got around to opening the envelop and two of the filters were just floating around in there not in their protective sleves and upon close examination they were quite severely scuffed.
I'm miffed because its a very sunny day over the water and wanted a little nd but no go.
Are there any glass filters yet because these soft plastic ones have a fragile film emulsion type coating
Not wanting to hurt anyone's business but I got two unusable ones right out of the envelop

Mine were fine for me and packaged well. I use them as back-ups or for the lower ND4 - ND2 as I have SNP 8/16s.

Mail it to the shop (Phantomfilters) and you get new ones. (I did to)
