Phantom won't stay connected

OK, here is the problem I am having. P3S had been flying flawlessly. Suddenly it would not connect to the AC. I reset the controller, entered the password and it flew great. After shutting it down and restarting both AC and controller, same problem. If I reset the controller password and entered it flys nce again until I shut it all down the same things happens. Any help would be appreciated.

It happens with both Litchi and DJI Go.

Problem solved but not by me. To recap, AC would not connect with Litchi or DJI go on TWO Ipads. I have concluded that it was DJIs fault. As you know, it connects with DJI when the the controller and the AC is started. It then attempts to log into the DJI site. Since it failed to connect with two different Ipads using Lithci and DJI go it was without a doubt a problem with DJI. It is working well now
