Hi guys. I have been wondering if making a website, and promoting an arial business legal. I live in America and I know the FAA has strict rules. But is it legal to go to someone's house and get payed to edit and fly?

No, you can not fly commercially in the US. Hopefully this changes once the new laws are made.

The second you strap a camera on to anything that is unmanned and flies the FAA can and will come down on you.
