These are the default gains, that I use also on my P1.1.1 without issues.
At this point it looks you really have problem with one of the motors/esc .
The last test I suggest you is to perform the dance of the compass calibration on a green grass field(not cement or asphalt) and far away from any building/metal structures and far away from your mobile and car.
After that I do not have more ideas: sorry.
The P1.1.1 has the 8 inches self locking propellers when shipped , with a spare set in the box.
The P1.1.1 can mount the self locking propellers 9043 or 9050, that are the propellers of P2 and P2 Vision.
Using 9043 you can increase your fly time of 90 to 120 seconds (depending on the battery you use and on your P1.1.1 configuration(propeller's guard, camera, gimbal, fpv transmitter etc.).
