All,
I was flying the "drone"as my nieghbor calls it in the culdesack...he asked me how high it goes....so to show off I took it straight up to about 100 feet. On the way down at about 90 feet off the concrete to my absolute suprise one of the props flew off. I watched in horror as it decended flipping uncontrollably to the hard surface below. It bounced pretty hard. One of the booms was bent and the engine didn't turn over. Needless to say I was not happy  The next day I took it to Atlanta hobby and DOC took one look at it and told me it was broke...he also said I needed a new flight regulator and a new engine...he also gave me a quick lesson on soldering, smiled and said I would need it. Three hours later I had opened up the phantom and replaced the flight regulator, the engine and sodered the connections ...and it actually works now...boy was I surprised.

Lesson learned:
1. make sure the props are on tight
2. the phantom is just about indestructible
3. Dont show off for the neighbor :D
