Not at all what I feared when I saw the title of the video. This guy actually makes a LOT of sense. He argues in favor of FPV and quads, distinguishes them from "drones" and actually presents a nice middle-ground viewpoint. Worth a watch.

Excellent! Good riddance. The problem with legislation like that is that lazy legislators simply COPY (aka "borrow") the language from other jurisdictions instead of drafting their own. That crappily written proposal could have ended up in six other states before you know it.
