There are NO credible rumours of any Phantom 5.

Only Available in Hong Kong, I've seen it in person, nothing special just the cover and the red controller.

Better get the P4P and just use the vinyl wrap around your drone. Unless you want to buy and collect the drone as a display.

I’m desperately waiting for the release of the Phantom 5. However, one of my bosses spoke with a DJI rep at a conference and he said they have no plans to release a Phantom 5 in 2017. Does that mean it’s coming out in January 2018??? Hahaha... I hope!!!
