Hi, I have here Phantom 4 with non-working camera. There is no telemetry in DJI Go, SD card not detected, no video feed, gimbal not detected. Connecting drone to computer does nothing.
DJI Go say firmware is latest, it is possible to start engines and fly the drone without video and telemetry. Gimbal works and keep camera level, but it is not possible to control it using remote.
LED on the camera constantly blink green and red, suggesting firmware mode is in progress (at least this is in manual).
Does anyone experienced similar problem ? Maybe it is incomplete or corrupted firmware upgrade. Is there a way to solve this problem other than try to replacing whole camera assembly? Look like software problem. not hardware, there is no visible damage.
