I got one of these to use for everyday work use, very solid build, tough as nails, but makes for a heavy carry.

Unfortunately, it also makes it just slightly too big for airlines' carry-on dimensions. I'll probably just use my red $25 DJI backpack cover for the P4's styrofoam box for the airliner trips, and use my LiPo safe bag with batteries in a separate carry on bag.

Is P4P styrofoam case the same as P4 in terms of size ?

That sucks!
I purchased another extra battery on eBay the other day and was going to purchase the case soon.
Amazon had them in stock just the other day. Guess I should have got the case first....
Hope they get more in soon!
