Phantom 4 firmware not downloading

Hey guys, can't get the Phantom 4 firmware to download... I've tried through the Go app and the DJI Assistant software... I connect without a problem and get the prompts but the download stays at 0% forever... I even shut off the aircraft and controller in case of Lightbridge interference... any suggestions??? Using iOS for Go app and Windows 10 for Assistant software... no, I haven't downloaded the RC first...

Here are a few suggestions and/or things to check:

• Use DJI GO instead of the Assistant software. The update process works best when you follow these instructions.
• Make sure your mobile device is connected to the Internet while the firmware is being downloaded.
• If the download continues to hang, try reinstalling DJI GO.
• If reinstalling DJI GO does not resolve the issue, then try installing the firmware from a different mobile device (if available).
