Phantom 4 Blurry image top left..... should I send it back?

Phantom 4 Blurry image top left..... should I send it back?

there are 3 photos, they are all from the same 5mb Jpeg image. One is the original and the two others are cropped in PSD to show the blurry detail. I think this looks bad... does anyone else?
