Phantom 4 Advanced Shaky Video Unusable

One of My First Flights - Video looks like this all the time. Stabilizes somewhat in horizontal left to right flight but is mostly Unusable. If this is gimbal motion then my photos are not as sharp as they can be either.

Very disappointing - my PV2+ never had these issues. I do not, nor have I ever flown with the gimbal lock/cushion in place. Return this unit to DJI, or am I missing something?

This shake is called JELLO. I would first of check the balance of your props as an unbalanced propeller can cause jello causing vibrations on the whole aircraft. Another thing that would help would be ND filters when filming. Here is a video that does a good job explaining it:

There are other things that can cause Jello but that is a good place to start.

Just curious. Are you using the mechanical shutter? Worth a try if you have not.

Also might try M mode and set shutter and aperture.
