Phantom 3 won't start with new battery

I had the Phamtom 3 for 5 years, have new battery that I bought and it's charged (all 4 lights are green) but the drone doesn't turn on. What am I missing?

Many people forget how to power up the battery after not using it for a while. Are you doing the double press (press, release, press and hold) to power on the battery?
