Phantom 3 pro having problems with camera

I'm having problems with my phantom 3 pro camera my videos record like if I'm having statics I will like to know if some of you might now what's the problem with the cam. And can help me. There's a link with a video recorded with my phantom so you guys can be more clear of the problem.

Looks like the settings are off.

I shoot manual so my settings may not suit you.
100 iso, 30 fps in 1080p and what ever nd filter tto get my shutter twice what my fps is.....1/60

I use -1-2-0 in custom on the sharpness contrast saturation and vivid style or cine.
I run kelvin about 4900k to 5500k for most outdoor vids.
I shoot in manual and do no or little post.

Agreed. That looks horrible.
Badly pixelated.
Maybe a little more information would help someone in determining the issue.
Here's a few questions I would wonder (not that I have solutions)
What settings are you using for recording video?
Did this video come off of your SD card, or is it a video from the Go app?
Did you upload the video directly to YouTube, or run it through a video editor?
