Phantom 3 at customs

Hello I purchased a phantom 3 standard from great seller on aliexpress who has great reviews a di have purchased before from them but he contacted me say my p3 might be stopped at customs in Ireland(where I live) drones are legal here but you just have to do a simple registration online if there over 1kg my question is why would it be confiscated at custom or hopefully it won't any help?

If it is stopped at customs it may be that import duty or other fees need to be paid?

he never said anything about import fees to me yet maybe thtas why i will contact him thanks for the help
