If that's the real price range..........I'm very impressed and happy to see that. I was about to purchase a Inspire 1...............I don't see a need for that beast now. Then again, maybe the Inspire 1 price may drop. It will be a wait and see.

Most of the goodness of an Inspire in the convenience of a Phantom shell - for less than half what Inspire owners have paid!
Now ... which batteries and what's the performance like and when is it available?

One of the reasons I resisted the urge to get an Inspire... For "GoPro" quality video I think the Inspire is more machine than needed.... and the P3 kinda illustrates that point.

The Inspire should be carrying a Sony NEX camera or better... IMO

I bought a PV2+ less than a month ago and the gimbal is deficient, so i will ask for a refund and maybe buy a PV2+ for half the original price or the PV3pro... tough choice

and the gopro had 160? I have a gopro with modded 60 degree lens on my P2. Hmm

Wow I've just sold my P2V+ for $900 so shouldn't be too painful to upgrade
I read there's no waypoint "mission" facility in the app (not that I use it but it's a shame)
