Finally got the hub which made life a whole lot simpler.
Just snap the cables in and you're done.
No need to solder inside the bird.
With the search feature on the monitor, I was able to locate the transmitting channel quickly.
Now I will see what the camera sees and know what it is filming.
Next stop, the moon!
Well. maybe not.
