Phantom 2 Vision+ (Plus) body/shell

Does anyone know of a dealer that sells Phantom 2 Vision+ (Plus) bodys/shells?

If not does a Phantom 2 Vision body/shell work as a replacement for the plus?

I did a search for body/shell but that thread didn't come up. Looks like just what I needed.
