Phantom 2 v2 slow

Hi Guys.
Do any Phantom 2 v2 owners who have previously owned the original Phantom 2, notice that the v2 is slower? Not sure if I am just getting used to flying or its my imagination.

Probably your imagination!
The flight speed is depending on the mode you're flying and the wind!

I GPS mode the max speed will be lower than ATTI mode!

Hi. Ok thanks. Perhaps I will change to the Naza mode and use attitude. Some times I like slow flying for video but there are times when I want speed for fun. My pals old walkera 350 leaves my phantom for dead. Thanks

The phantom 2 v2 will be slower than earlier versions of the P2 running firmware v2 and earlier. dJI slowed down the phantom in a firmware update around v3 (also added no fly zones) The max tilt angles are reduced for both atti and gps mode. I am still running v2 and will Never upgrade.
