Phantom 2 not working

My phantom 2 is currently not working
When I power it on it quickly flashes red once, makes a quick beep then powers off.
Any ideas
I have pulled the top off and everything still looks intact
Any one had this issue or know how to fix

If the P2 is shutting down as quickly as you say it is then there is no way you can check the batteries condition in the software so replace it.

Batteries are fine, I have a second P2 and it fly and powers up perfectly with the batteries. So the batteries are not the problem
