Phantom 2 no lift power + zenmuse won't tilt

Hi

I'm noobie in this forum.

Just got Phantom 2 + zenmuse gimbal.

Watched all the videos and manuals before building and updating firmwares etc.

Everything seems to be OK, but can't get enough lift to raise from the ground(even without gimbal). Props are spinning, yes, they are spinning right directions, black dot to black, silver to silver etc. I have calibrated the tx.

Can't get x1 (tilt) to work with gimbal. Can't calibrate, nothing happens. Gimbal gets power to stabilize itself but that's it.

I have Phantom assistant 1.08 osx installed everything updated.


Any suggestions before I mail to DJI.

Explain to me?

Before I started the rotors, Phantom2 did all the maneuvers which took about 15 sec. before led started to blink green it blinked couple of times fast green. Is this related to "bad imi calibration"?

Can it be reason why Phantom cannot pull up?

take a square of cheap thin toilet paper (or if you have multiple ply toilet paper, take a single ply square) and when you are trying to lift off, toss the square over the phantom, it should get pulled into the props and pushed out the bottom. Does it get sucked into the props or does it go up and away from the phantom?
