PHANTOM 2 GOES TO FAIL SAFE BY ITSELF

I recently bought a Phantom 2, after 3 perfect flights I'm having a problem every time I try to fly it.

The Problem:
I wait for the green light and take off, but after a few seconds the lights turn to yellow, I loose the control and the Phantom goes up fast and then slowly comes down (like fail safe mode).

I appreciate any help.

Sounds like controller loosing connection with phantom. Try new batts in your controller first off.

I replaced the control's batteries for new ones, and it's doing the same

bought p2 new or used one ?

if used and if modified, check antenna's connection.

if new and non modified, need to calibrate/update and follow manual/instructions.

so far you are getting lucky. dont push it. good luck !

Try 're-binding' the controller with the Phantom then do a full recalibration, compass, EMU, control sticks, everything
