Phantom 2 battery charger problems

Hey guys. Having charging problems. When I charge batteries it takes like 5 minutes and it says they are fully charged. However when I go to fly I lose power within less then a minute. All 3 batteries do the same thing. Actually had the bird shut right off and fall luckly only a few feet off the ground.
Where do I start? Charger light is green. Batteries don't have lots of charges on them.

What's the outside temp when you fly and what does the Assistant software say about the battery condition?

Did you store your batteries for an extended period either fully charged or fully flat? If so they are beyond repair.

Battery is probably no good. I bought a battery once that showed a 40% charge. So I put it on the charger and it charged completely in 20 minutes. That's not right. Then I flew and hovered for two minutes to test the battery. Then landed.

Next day the battery showed one blinking lamp. Tried to charge it and it wouldn't charge. Took it off the charger and then the blinking lamp was gone and it was just dead.

Got a full refund.
