The fc 40 and the phantom 1 other then the camera being included are one and the same?If so I am told when you go from gps mode to atti mode it will not go to amber light but wil perform in atti is this correct? No amber light in atti still stays green?

To activate these modes you have to switch the Phantom to NAZA-M mode in the Phantom Assistant Software.
Also, if you've already put it in Naza mode, that's why the light sequences are different.
