PH3 Standard Gimbal Issue

I am repairing a customers Standard. It was in a crash and I had to replace the antennas to the gimbal. Upon testing and starting up the gimbal will work properly left/right but it will not initialize/center up and down. Picuture and all works just fine its basically just looks down and acts as if it was not powered on that axis.
