Permanent glare

Hello friends,
A few weeks ago i started to get a glare on any picture and video i take. Every time i film i whip the lens and double check. Now i do have a very minimal scratch on the lens but i have had that plenty of time before this glare started to happen. Any one have this before or have anything i could maybe try before my Mavic comes.

That front 'lens' is the UV filter. What are you wiping it with? Anything other than specific lens cloths or tissues could damage it. Try taking some shots and video with it removed. If they are clear, replace the filter.

Can you upload an sample image? You may have your exposure compensation set over or perhaps using too low an shutter speed setting.
