Can anyone tell me if I buy the Phantom 3 Professional with the extra battery from Amazon, does this unit come with the battery charger?

Correct. All Phantoms come with one battery charger.

There are some sellers on Amazon who have packages that include more than one battery charger. If not in a hurry to charge though, I prefer to use the DJI charging hub when I need to charge more than one battery.
