P4S Gimbal tilt wheel twisting camera instead of tilting, Please HELP

Hoping someone on here can help me with my Camera tilt wheel problem as it twists the camera left and right instead of up and down?

I can tilt the camera by sliding my finger on the app, and the C2 button works fine switching it between 0 & 90 but running out of ideas and hope someone on here can help me please.

I will try that but I don’t think it will help.

I also have a P4P and don’t have any problems with that.

How did the DJI GO reinstall work out?

Mine started doing the same thing Sunday. I was on chat with DJI for 3 hours yesterday and could not get an answer. I reloaded the GO app and it did not correct the problem. Now I have no up and down movement from my camera.

Did you try reinstalling/upgrading the firmware?

I have upgraded and downgraded and re upgraded the firmware on the aircraft and the remote.
