P2V+ Firmware P4P+V2

Hi guys
Tomorrow I'm getting a relatively "unused" P4P+V2, sticker still on the aircraft.
I know that serial numbers should be GL300K for the remote and WM331S on the aircraft.
What are the latest firmware for the aircraft and anything special I should look for except that it starts?
Does batteries from a P4 advanced+ play with the V2 version?

Don't mess with the firmware until you make sure everything is good.
I'm sure all P4 are the same,
If I'm incorrect, somebody will reply

Going to check @msinger, and about 30 hour with a now crashed P4P+ advanced
That's why I hope the batteries fit the V2

The V2 was claimed to have a slight yaw issue as I remember. DJI, after some length of time did attempt to resolve that issue with a firmware update. Based on my experience, that firmware update did make a difference.
The P4 series batteries are all interchangeable between aircraft versions. There are two different capacities is the only difference. The V2 does have the ability to verify that the battery is in the correct position.

Leave the firmware as it is for now until you determine how it’s working for what you intend to do with it. The ignore button can be beneficial at times and firmware can always be done at a later time.

Thanks for the info, just picked upp my V2, looks brand new with papers and everything.
It wants network to sign in, but I don't find network options from startscreen?

Probably just wants you to log in to your DJI account.
I’m not a fan of those screen controllers.
