P4P scrutinizing focus across frame (after scrutinizing mavic pro and buying p4p)
Hi folks,
trying photogrammetry and mapping and
after not getting great results. (garbage in garbage out theory)
I realized my mavic pro, on one part of frame was touch soft.
Only on one line of the frame, say a vertical line, 1/3 from the left, there was no "line"
just a softness. tried all the bells and whistles and resets and turning sharpening on to 1.
Crashed Mavic, got a new one from Refresh,
same problem, other side of frame, vertical, not on the edge, 1/3 from right vertical softness.
Bought P4P,
photogrammetry looking better, mapping looking better,
could be due to larger sensor
because, I still have vertical line, not on the edge, vertical COLUMN, if you will, that is not sharp,
it IS much sharper than the mavic, but still has a softness that is very noticeable, in photoshop, at 100%.
thoughts ? seen this ? Im a photographer for 17 years. first drone (mavic in January)
