P4P+ controller questions

I have a P4P+ and I wanted to use my 10.5" iPad Pro so I bought a GL300F controller used and it won't link with my P4P+. All firmware is updated. When I push the button on the side of the P4P it blinks red and then the controller times out. Any suggestions as to what I am doing wrong? Thanks for any help.

Are you working with a p4p+ v1 or v2 ?

GL 300 F won’t work with a v2

Make sure you have calibrated your 300f remote. All the way to the end using the scroller. Then relink . You may find that solves your problem. I hope

The reason is p4pro v1 is light bridge transmission and v2 is ocusync.

If you look at the two controllers together, the v2 controllers will have a lot of vent holes on the bottom edge. The v1 controllers will not have those holes. Sorry this went the way it did. Hope you get it worked out.

Based on information in post number one, the controller you would need is a gl 300L

Just saw this post over at the DJI forums. THIS IS NOT MY HACK, IT IS NOT MY VIDEO. I HAVE NOT TRIED IT YET. Just reporting it here for you folks. The credit belongs to Alper Suslu (a forum member here) Also, I realize this is not technically a "hack", but I'm not sure what other term to use...
