P4p camera not working poor radio channel qaulity

Just got my new p4p yesterday. Did all updates checked everything twice. Works and flys great but can't get the camera to work. It is saying the radio channel quality is poor. We have ready many discussions we can't find the problem and I can't seem to find anywhere to call and get help. Any ideas? Help

Yes,

make sure no other program is working in the background on your tablet/iphone

get your drone on and your Go 4 app working,

under the HD setting, select Custom, check out the available channels, select a good one (they're color coded)

then, at the bottom right, select 6Mb/s or even 4Mb/s as your downstream rate.

Should clear your live view up upon reboot.
